Every property's Data tab starts with the Material Information checklist:
- Part A (every listing): price, tenure, council tax band.
- Part B: electricity, water, drainage, heating, broadband, parking, EPC.
- Part C (where applicable): flood risk, listed status/conservation, covenants and restrictions — evidenced through the Important Extras section.
Each missing item says exactly where to fix it. A complete checklist means portal-ready listings and fewer fall-throughs from late surprises.
