1. About Show Front

Show Front provides software that lets estate agencies build branded property listings and embed them in their own websites. We provide the platform; the agency remains responsible for its listings and its relationship with buyers and sellers.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate agency and contact information and are responsible for activity under your account and those of your team members. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Your content and listings

You retain ownership of the listings, media and branding you upload. You confirm you have the right to publish them and that all information — photos, floor plans, price and condition — is accurate and not misleading. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display that content through the platform and your embeds.

4. Subscription and billing

Access is provided on a usage-based subscription. Charges are based on your performance tier, your live properties and the features you enable, as described at pricing. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Embedding and acceptable use

You may embed your listings on websites you control. Don't post unlawful, fraudulent or misleading content, misuse the platform or its APIs, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or resell the service without our agreement. We may suspend or remove accounts, listings or embeds that breach these terms.

6. Your data

Your data stays yours. You can export a complete copy of your property data in an open format at any time, and we'll delete it on request after your account closes, subject to any legal retention obligations.

7. Liability

Show Front provides the platform "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for the conduct of your buyers or sellers, or for the outcome of any property transaction arranged through your listings.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a revised date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use means you accept the changes.
