Add and publish a property

Go to Properties → New property. A draft opens in the editor with tabs across the top:

• Details — price, beds/baths/en-suites, tenure, utilities, energy & running costs, condition, highlights.
• Optionals — items the owner would sell with the home (furniture, appliances) at a fixed price or open to offers.
• Location — address search, map pin, land boundary.
• Photos / Videos / Plans / Pano-Tour — all the media (see Presenting properties).
• Social — a ready-made Facebook post for the property.
• Data — Material Information checklist, matched applicants, vendor report, storage.

When it's ready, set the status to Published (top of the editor). Publishing:

• puts it live on your embeds and listing pages,
• emails every matched applicant automatically within minutes,
• starts recording daily view analytics.
