Getting started
Team members, roles and passwords
Invite anyone by email, control what they can do, set their password.
Team in the sidebar. Add any email address — if there's no account yet, one is created immediately.
Roles
- Viewer — sees everything, changes nothing.
- Editor — manages properties, buyers, viewings, surveys, campaigns.
- Admin — everything above plus settings, team, compliance deletes, billing.
- Owner — full control; only owners can manage other owners.
Passwords
Click the key icon on a member's row to set their sign-in password (generate + copy, then share it securely). Members change their own under Account. Password resets also work by email from the sign-in page.
