The AI narrator
A spoken introduction on every listing, in your house style.
Buyers press Narrator on a listing and hear a warm, spoken introduction generated from the property's real details — price, rooms (en-suites included), and your description.
On the AI page (admins):
- On/off for all your listings.
- Voice — choose from the voice list with previews.
- Style directive — one line of guidance ("professional and warm", "upbeat") applied to every narration.
- Bring your own keys — optionally use your own Anthropic/ElevenLabs accounts.
Narrations are generated once and cached; editing the property or changing the style regenerates on the next play. Data & Sync has bulk generate/clear tools.
