Presenting properties
The floor plan editor
Draw rooms, doors, windows and furniture; living area updates itself.
Plans tab → New plan (or edit an existing editor-built plan). The editor is full screen: Save and Back live in the top bar, and closing with unsaved changes always asks first.
- Add room — rooms snap flush against each other; drag corners, set exact wall lengths, split walls.
- Structural — doors, bi-fold doors, windows, wall openings, garage doors and full-height glass panels; they snap onto walls.
- Objects — stairs, beds, sofas, kitchen appliances, bathroom fittings, TV, fireplace and more. Right-panel popup: duplicate, reorder, delete. Labels can be dragged.
- Scene (top right) — room and object label sizes.
- Derive from panorama — select a wall, pick a panorama, click two floor points and the real wall length is measured for you.
Living area — automatic
Every room counts toward the property's living area unless you untick Count as living space (garages, lofts). The total recalculates on every save, duplicate or delete — no button to press. The Plans tab shows the current figure.
