The DR (data richness) score
A 0–100 completeness score on every property.
Every property gets a 0–100 score covering details, location, photos, plans and other media. You'll see it as a small circle in the property list actions — red below 20, orange below 50, green below 80, blue at 80+, and a star at 100.
Click the badge for the breakdown and what's missing. It's the fastest way to direct your team's effort — and it correlates with enquiry rates.
