Buyers say what they want; the search understands.
With AI voice search enabled (AI page), buyers can tap the microphone on your embedded search and just say it: *"three bed detached under four hundred thousand with a garden"*. The AI turns speech into structured filters — price, beds, type, features — and runs the search.
Works alongside the normal filters; nothing to configure per property.
