Applicant matching and instant alerts
Save what each buyer wants; new stock emails them automatically.
On Buyers, click Requirements on any row and record what they're after: buying or renting, price range, minimum bedrooms, property types (house / flat / bungalow / land) and areas. Leave anything blank to mean "any".
What happens next
- Publish a property → every matching buyer is emailed within about five minutes, with a link to the listing. Each buyer is alerted once per property.
- The property's Data tab → Matched applicants shows who fits right now, with an Email them now button for re-sends.
- Vendor reports include the matched-buyer count — great for winning instructions.
