Viewings and the calendar
Requests, confirmations, completions — and what completions trigger.
Viewing requests arrive in Viewings and appear on the team Calendar alongside valuations, calls and other bookable events.
Confirm, rescheduling or decline with a reason; mark Completed after the visit. Completions matter:
- they trigger the After viewing survey (if enabled in Surveys → Edit events),
- they count in vendor reports and analytics.
