Sales progression to completion
Nine milestones from accepted offer to keys, plus the memorandum of sale.
When an offer is accepted, open Progression → Offer accepted: pick the property, the buyer (from your book or typed) and the agreed price. The listing flips to Under offer automatically.
Each sale expands to nine tick-able milestones — offer accepted, memorandum of sale, solicitors instructed, searches, survey, mortgage offer, enquiries, exchange, completion — with solicitor fields and notes.
- Send memorandum of sale emails a formal MoS (property, price, parties, solicitors) to any addresses, and ticks its milestone.
- Completing marks the property Sold; Fallen through re-publishes it.
