Email templates and campaigns

Campaigns in the sidebar.

• Templates — reusable emails with {{name}} (recipient) and {{agency}} merge fields. New-stock teasers, price-reduction notes, valuation offers.
• New campaign — write (or start from a template), tick recipients from the searchable buyer list (or select all shown), add extra addresses, send. Each person gets a personalised copy.
• Sent campaigns — the history with recipient counts.

Duplicates and invalid addresses are skipped automatically.
