Surveys: build, send, automate, analyse

Surveys lists every survey with its status and counts. Each survey has a Questions tab (drag to reorder, answer types from ratings to free text, required flags) and a Responses tab (per-question averages and option breakdowns, plus every individual reply).

Sending

• Manual send — pick a survey, tick respondents from your buyer book or add any emails.
• Edit events — automatic sends: After viewing (viewing marked completed) and Offer rejected (offer declined). Each event picks its survey and switches on/off; nobody is surveyed twice for the same event.
• From a completed viewing or a buyer record directly.

Disabled surveys can't be sent; the default survey is pre-selected everywhere.
