Market appraisals (valuations)
Your pre-instruction funnel with a win rate.
Appraisals tracks the funnel before a property exists:
- Book appraisal — owner, address, visit date/time.
- Mark Visit done and record the valuation figure.
- Won (add the property to your stock) or Lost.
The header shows booked, awaiting decision, instructions won and your win rate — the number that tells you how your valuations are landing.
